Founder & Managing Partner
Anton has a wealth of hands-on experience in helping leaders, teams and organizations achieve measurable collaborative success, with a specific focus on how the executive and senior teams of an organization impact success in these areas. Co-author of “Close The Interaction Gap”, Anton is a strong communicator who can motivate and align diverse teams to achieve a common purpose.
His career has taken him from sales and marketing positions with Proctor & Gamble in the UK and Consol Glass in South Africa to general management roles with L’Oreal in France, Hong Kong, and Japan. Before moving into consulting, Anton’s positions in North America included Managing Director of Estée Lauder Cosmetics Canada, C.O.O. of Premier Salons International, and President of Sparks.com, a Bay Area e-commerce start-up.
Anton earned his Masters in Business from the London Business School and his BSc in Zoology & Psychology from the University of Exeter, England.

In Addition to Consulting and Coaching, Bernadette leads our Inclusion and Belonging initiatives in support of our clients DEI programs. Working with their existing teams to embrace diversity in an inclusive environment, to explicitly address allyship, unconscious biases and systemic barriers. Bernadette also has her own coaching and speaking practice that focuses on Women’s Empowerment and Leadership.
Bernadette works with individuals and leaders in large or small organizations who deeply care about creating and living success in all areas of their life. By giving them a clear vision, purposeful direction, increasing their personal and leadership effectiveness, they are empowered to amplify their impact, their ability to give back and enabled to live and earn more.
Bernadette’s professional journey started in I.T. with large multinational corporations. From L’Oreal in France, to Indosuez and BNP in Hong Kong, and then on to SEB in Japan, she gained invaluable experience leading teams and successful projects in very diverse cultures. She then chose to put her career on hold for several years as “Chief Home Officer” and full time mother of three.
Then in Canada and now California, Bernadette became an entrepreneur, success coach and speaker empowering culturally diverse groups of women and men of all ages.

Ze has been an executive coach and business consultant for more than two decades. He has the unique ability to perceive what is happening under the surface and ask insightful and intuitive questions that help individuals and teams untangle complex issues.
By bringing awareness to individuals and teams alike, Ze is able to help foster an environment of creativity and collaboration that capitalizes on individual and team strengths.
Ze is passionate about contributing to a world where individuals are fully supported in becoming their best in every aspect of their lives. As Ze puts it “I want to work with people who want to grow, as individuals and as contributing members of high performance teams in all the circles of their lives.”
Consultant, Team and Executive Coach
Patrick’s core work is around effective collaboration within teams, organisations and supply chains. Since 2006, he has coached international teams and their leaders in organisations of every conceivable size and shape, with a particular passion for facilitating individual and team collaboration to align with their organisation’s commercial, social and environmental missions.
Patrick started his career in the information technology industry before spending fourteen years in senior international roles at The Body Shop, where he was Head of Supply Chain Development and a Trustee of The Body Shop Foundation. His subsequent coaching career includes a core role in the Coaching for Performance programme for Morrisons, UK, working alongside the sports coaching faculty at Leeds Carnegie and coaches from Yorkshire Cricket, and four years as an international coach on the award-winning NVS Partners programme. He taught and supervised part-time for a ten-year period on Specialist Masters and MBA programmes at Brighton Business School, UK.
Patrick holds a BA and MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a Higher Education Academy Teaching Fellowship and Fellowship of the RSA.
Leadership Coach and Consultant
In addition to working with CoSuccess Consulting, Liz is the CEO of Aspiring HR in the United Kingdom.
Liz is an Executive Coach with 20 years’ experience in senior HR, OD and L&D roles; supporting leaders, managing change programmes and building performance cultures. Her career spanned international pharmaceuticals, retail and FMCG.
She is a PG Cert trained and ICF accredited PCC Executive Coach who draws on learnings from her own corporate career, building a consultancy business and the world of coaching, behavioural psychology, neuroscience and NLP; all her work shares a deep commitment to enabling her clients to achieve their goals and facilitate the change they are looking for.
Following a cooperate career in senior HR and L&D roles, Liz founded Aspiring HR to bring integration and humanity to the complexities of organisational performance. She established and grew Aspiring to support leaders who want to create brilliant businesses with engaging cultures where people can contribute and grow.
Liz is a dynamic coach, trainer and people expert, she is insanely curious and dedicated to exploring what is possible in the world.
Consultant and Team Facilitator
For 27 years, Elizabeth has helped mission-driven leaders accelerate strategy execution, by working with their teams to translate strategy, mission and values into action.
With CoSuccess and through her own firm, Leadership Momentum, Elizabeth specializes in designing and facilitating high-engagement conversations that foster clarity, commitment and collaboration. Typical outcomes included a 40% increase in annual operating profit for a healthcare operation, 35% reduction in unbillable professional time for a benefits consulting firm and $12 million reduction in claims overpayments for an insurance client.
From 2012-2015, Elizabeth served as a Network Fellow with the Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University, where she studied how companies can live their promises and increase trust with customers, employees and other stakeholders. Based on that work, she was named a Top Thought Leader in Trust by Trust across America in 2016 and 2017. Ms. Doty earned her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1991, and writes regularly for strategy + business magazine on leadership, values and operational integrity.
Operations & Administration
Maggie manages all our back-office operations, administration and logistics support and works closely with our clients to ensure the smooth planning, delivery and follow up for our programs.
Her career has taken her from management consulting roles in the UK to operations, administration and logistics roles for companies in Canada and North America where she has been able to leverage her strong organization and communication skills.
She holds a BA in Modern European Studies from Loughborough University in the U.K., has a certificate in management from the Canadian Institute of Management and is a Belbin Accredited Trainer.
Maggie is also a volunteer for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and received the Ontario Volunteer Service Award for having completed 10 years of service in this volunteer role.
