The Great Teams

Reset & Renew program

An accelerated journey to build clarity and alignment on team success & goals
A growing number of leaders are contacting us to help build the resilience, focus, and productivity of their teams in today’s high-stakes environment.
Working through overwhelming uncertainty, they must deal with the lack of clarity or zig-zagging priorities from the top and stress, overwork or flagging motivation in their teams.
These leaders are committed to playing a constructive role but, to do so, they need ways to:
  • Lead intentionally & responsively under pressure.
  • Help their teams take stock of the current state in a transparent, honest way.
  • Accelerate their team’s cadence for dynamic alignment and prioritization.
  • Make explicit, adaptive commitments.

Our HR team is in the thick of leading, managing and coordinating our organization’s response to the Covid19 situation and it is made even more challenging with us all now working remotely.
We just finished a Great Teams virtual work session and my team was blown away by how connected we felt and the quality of our work. Many of us went into the meeting skeptical about how effective the online web-session would be, but we came out as true believers in the power of virtual collaboration and connection and we were able to achieve our goals of staying connected, focused, and aligned.

Large Branded Consumer Goods Company: V.P. of H.R.

Our team has been going through a massive transformation over the past year and the re-organization of departments had resulted in a very siloed approach to our work, which is why I reached out to Anton and Elizabeth.
We’ve uncovered some fascinating ideas and opinions throughout the Great Teams program they designed, that are going to be instrumental to our continued success as a company!
The outcomes of the Great Teams program have already had such an impact on our team. It’s so easy to get bogged down in the details and daily routines, so having a platform to discuss the broader concepts is giving us all a chance to see the bigger picture and future of our organization.

Going remote is always difficult but doing it in the current environment makes it a much greater challenge. The good news is, if handled well, the move to remote working can actually increase performance and employee satisfaction. By focusing on the key areas of productivity, sanity and connectedness, your team can weather the storm and come out stronger on the other side.
The video below is an extract from the recent webinar we did for a client of ours on Leading Remote Teams in Times of Stress: Strategies for Productivity, Sanity and Connectedness in the New Normal.

10 Tips to make remote team meetings work

For over ten years, we’ve been working in small consultancies where there were no central offices, just colleagues connecting in from different countries and cities. Remote team working has been a way of life for us for long before external factors necessitated it.
As the corporate world rushes to embrace what may become the “new normal” of remote working, we are hearing over and over that it’s a lot harder than people expected. So to start off, here are our top 10 tips.
